Welcome to Casa Collective. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe (EU countries): 8–16 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. Casa Collective is not responsible for customs delays.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Product Information

We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or supplier differences.

8. Limitation of Liability

Casa Collective is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable international commerce regulations. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws in their country.
